Dedicated to the things that aren’t at first so obvious.

Improvise:  to make, invent, or arrange offhand.

Improvising movement, improvising dance. . . How about improvising the day?

A dancer who improvises is invigorated, less fearful than before, excited, adrenal filled, & graduated from embarrassment – well at least until next time.  Improvising grows confidence, grows hope, & adds dimensions.  So why not in life too?  Rolling this perspective into life makes life just that much better.  This way of “the day” creates more purpose, more fun and in the grand scheme of things – better health.
